About The Strip
Geek Life is a web comic centered on a geeky young couple, their genius 10-year-old son, and his crotchety pet frog. They are the modern geek family.
The Cast
JOHN
A geek dad and supreme techno-whiz. He works as Director of New Media and Technology at a giant corporation (which means he’s the young guy who tries to explain the difference between Twitter and Tumblr to the old guys in suits). He knows the ins and outs of computer mainframes but he’d much rather be playing video games.
JENNY
A geek mom who tries to juggle working at home with making sure everyone has clean underwear and something digestible to eat for dinner. She is constantly delving into new online ventures and posting geeky musings on her blog- jennygeek.com
OTTO
A super-genius 10-year-old boy who exhibits very little patience for the rest of the world. What he lacks in social skills, he makes up with an ability to build things, like robots out of Styrofoam cups and Popsicle sticks.
MORT
An irritable, talking frog with a mysterious past that may or may not include; space travel, international espionage, deep-sea exploration, and NASCAR racing.
